  • What is a Grade B item?
A Grade B product still goes through my quality checks, but perhaps just miss the mark slightly. These can include small imperfections such as darker or lighter images, slightly off center prints and slightly miscut products. All Grade B items are carefully handled and packaged in exactly the same way except that these products are offered at a reduced price. My Grade B products occur sometime due to technical difficulties and therefore are not made to print. These have an inventory and once sold will not be reproduced on purpose. The shop will be restocked with Grade B products if and when misprints occur.
  • How do commissions work?
Commissions are one of a kind pieces that are requested by a client. All the terms of the commission will be set out before starting including agreeing on a price. A contract will be signed by both parties confirming these terms and conditions. A 50% non refundable deposit is made before any work is started. The client will be kept up to date regularly with sketches and other decisions sent for approval. The final image will be sent to the client for approval with watermarks which will be removed upon final payment and sent as a high quality file or physical item depending on the commission type. Full terms and condtions will be sent upon agreement of price. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me on cooperillustrations92@gmail.com .
