Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions there may be delays in postal services. I am always here to help so if you are concerned I will look into this for you.

Due to ongoing disputes in parts of the EU I am currently restricted on posting to some countries. This also may effect shipping times to certain countries. I will endeavor to keep you updated as much as possible. Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries regarding this.

Commission orders are treated seperatley from the above where processing times and shipping rates will be agreed upon within a contract and seperate from the shop page.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

I offer a flat rate postage and packaging of £3.99 to UK mainland postcodes. This is sent via Royal Mail signed. I will update you with any tracking information that I receive at the time of posting. Please be aware that processing times and shipping times are different things. Once the package leaves me I have no control over its delivery times. Please allow 7 working days after you order has been dispatched before contacting me about lost deliveries.

International Shipping

I offer international shipping which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please allow 8-28 days for delivery. If your  item has not arrived within this time please contact me so that I can query this for you. COVID-19 restrictions and ongoing conflict can effect postal services without warning and I ask that you bare with me during these times.

At this time, I do not ship to Russia and Ukraine due to the ongoing conflict. Please contact me if you would like to have something sent to any of these countries before you order so that I can check current postal restrictions.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cooper illustrations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Cooper illustrations is not accountable for any packages left with customs due to unpaid customs charges by the customer and any returned packages will be destroyed if unclaimed after 28days. If a customer reaches out to have the packaged redelivered this will be at the extra expense to the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will often include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at cooperillustrations92@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Not happy with your new art?

​

I only accept refunds and returns if an item arrives damaged or undelivered. I require photos of any damage and all orders are tracked. But if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact me immediatley so that I can work on the best resolution for you.

 

I do not accept refunds for custom orders, E-gift cards, and commissions. Commission orders are final as detailed in contracts signed.  

I do not accept refunds for sale items.

All orders must be returned in the condition that it arrives in and with its original packaging if a refund is agreed. I reccommend that you send this as a tracked post.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. 

Refunds will be processed minus the original shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

You have the right to cancel an order at any point up until the item is shipped. Once your item has shipped I can no longer process cancellations for any reason. Commissions and custom orders can be cancelled at any time as the up until the final approval stage. The deposit for these items are non-refundable to cover cancellation fee's. Further details can be found in the commission specific contracts produced upon commission requests.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at cooperillustrations92@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. You must inform me within 7 days of delivery or a claim cannot be made. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
